Excellent location to see the pyramids, very attentive staff at all times, concerned about safety and ensuring that you don't miss things.
The accommodation is above standard considering the price. The staff went above and beyond. Breakfast sufficient. You can also order dinner, they will gladly bring it to you from a local restaurant. At the reception, they can also provide you with leisurely trips at reasonable prices. The pyramids are nice to see from the hotel terrace.
The hotel is located very close to the Pyramids. The guys at reception Noar and Doaa are very attentive and respectful as is the breakfast lady. They make you feel at home. They offer you a free entrance snack (unexpected) and it is a good start to your stay, and they also keep you hydrated all day.The beautiful terrace for breakfast in front of the pyramids
The pyramid view is beautiful, but there are buildings in front of me. Good price performance. breakfast is nice. You can have breakfast with a view of the pyramid. You can get water at the limit. This is a beautiful thing. The street where the hotel is located is a little dirty, but the hotel is clean. You can use air conditioning. A hotel that will meet all your needs. You can have it for dinner if you want.
The staff is lovely. They have helped me with everything at all times. The views are incredible.
helpful and kind staff.panoramic terrace overlooking the pyramids
Everything is great! The coffeebreak is marvelous! The people is so nice! Friendly! The view is amazing. I'm very happy and I'll return coming soon. Congratulations for all !
The assessment I gave refers to the conditions here, in the case of similar accommodation in Europe, the end result would be different. I booked three nights, so the transfer from Sphinx airport was free, which is quite far anyway. We didn't have to wait, the car was there on time, the driver greeted us at the exit with the hotel sign. The staff of the guest house are kind and polite, they communicate well in English. Despite arriving at night, they got dinner and beer. The room is enough for two people, the breakfast, if not vegan, is vegetarian and you can live well. The staff provides guests with free mineral water throughout the day. Basically, I was satisfied, I knew what to expect, I know the conditions here, so I was not surprised. The neighborhood is really a bit run down, but the end products of the horses and camels are regularly collected and cleaned in front of the building. The view of the pyramids from the terrace is very nice, but you have to accept that the new architecture of the area is what it is, and you have to take good photos. It is positive that the reviews read here are real, unlike some hotels in the area. Although I also fill in the dislike section, the hotel is highly recommended to everyone if you want to stay in this area, you won't find a better one at this price.
We really liked the staff, especially Nur!
Quite a good experience, especially the pyramids under the setting sun. The breakfast was quite good, the boss was enthusiastic and the staff was considerate. The Pyramid Ticket Office is very close and takes five minutes to walk. The free breakfast is very nice. After checking out and visiting the pyramids, the boss also gave me several bottles of mineral water when I came back to pick up my luggage.
